Mark Tuchmann

Mark Tuchmann, Chairman

Mark Tuchmann is the founder and principal of Million & Associates (M&A). M&A is a company that advises and supports clients ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to Fortune 100 companies and private equity firms. M&A adds value by applying “Business Basics” to what many clients and organizations have overlooked in the process of formation or growth.  Prior to M&A, Mark was the Founder and CEO of BeavEx, Inc., a leading provider of time critical, same day transportation and logistics services in over 90 U.S. markets. He founded the company in 1989 straight out of college and in a 25-year span created BeavEx’s core values; Honesty, Respect, Integrity and Service.  His vision and ability to engage his team to embrace and live the core values provides the quality and professionalism that is deserved by the customers and is realized through the application of customer service, technology and focused service offerings.  In November of 2011, Mark sold majority interest in BeavEx to private equity.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University.

Scott Grandys

Scott A. Grandys, Strategy Leader

With more than two decades of experience in the Transportation Industry, Scott Grandys focuses specifically on the use of the Independent Contractor (IC) Model by incorporating the technical side of practical applications to create the best practices for Independent Contractors. Over his career Scott has worked hand-in-hand with all necessary componets of the IC model including legality, compliance, technology and insurance. With the promotion of compliance and proper application of the IC model at the forefront of Scott’s career, all of these pieces are used to design, and implement, new programs, innovative solutions and provide education to client companies, industry experts and IC’s directly. 

Scott's depth of experience has positioned him as a knowledgeable source on the IC Model which has  lead him to be heavily involved in an array of industry groups and associations.

Doug DeJong

Doug DeJong, Product Implementation Leader

Doug DeJong is a proven business leader with over 16 years experience in corporate and military organizations.  Doug has a unique experience set within the supply chain discipline including: Risk Management, Business Continuity, Information Security and “new service design”.  He has been repeatedly recognized for delivering unique supply chain services and support programs in corporate, mid-market, and consultative environments.  

Doug has his Green Belt and Design for Six Sigma certifications, as well as an MBA in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee.  He also served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps specializing in logistics operations.

Andrew Pardue, Technology Leader

Andrew Pardue has over 30 years of experience in design, development and implementation of software for the time-sensitive delivery industry.  He held the position of VP of Information Technology for Dynamex, the nation’s largest last mile service provider and held roles of increasing responsibility including Chief Technology Officer for Datatrac, where he led the product design and development of cutting edge software for the courier industry.  His contributions to the industry are significant and the experience and leadership in the area of technology solutions that he brings to the ClearConnect Solutions team is invaluable.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

Tiffany Parks

Tiffany Parks, Finance Leader

Tiffany Parks is a results-oriented finance leader who has been recognized for her ability to bring analytical horsepower to an organization while serving as a true business partner. With 14 years of experience, she began her career at General Electric where she completed the Financial Management Program, which focused on developing high potential individuals into future company leaders. She has a diverse background ranging from Commercial Finance to Corporate FP&A and has a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma. Previously, Tiffany served as the Director of Finance at BeavEx Inc., where she was credited for helping to drive profitable growth and establishing solid financial processes.
Tiffany is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia where she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and minor in Communication.
