In the course of his duties, Scott analyzed existing transportation companies in order to recommend, and assist with the implementation of, CMS' array of solutions to ensure that these companies and Independent Contractors remain compliant with the rules and regulations that govern the use of ICs. As well, Scott continually searched for new verticals that could benefit from CMS' products, programs and services throughout North America and around the globe.

As the Chief Executive Officer for Relevant Business Solutions (RBS), Scott leverages his more than 20 years of experience in the Transportation Industry, dealing with all facets of the Independent Contractor model, to develop services that will Help Companies Keep their Independent Contractor Practices Current.
